Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refund, and No-Show Policy
Effective upon website launch. Last updated August 24, 2026.
Plain-language summary: Cancel 48 or more hours before the session for a full refund. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, late rescheduling requests, and no-shows are not refundable. If Pisces cancels and no acceptable replacement time is agreed, Pisces will refund the full fee.
Cancellation
- At least 48 hours before the session: full refund to the original payment method.
- Less than 48 hours before the session: no refund.
Rescheduling
- First request at least 24 hours before the session: one complimentary reschedule.
- Request made less than 24 hours before the session: treated as a late cancellation unless Pisces grants an exception.
- Second or later request: not automatically included and may require a new purchase or written approval from Pisces.
Late arrival and no-show
- A session begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
- Arrival more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without communication may be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are not refundable.
When Pisces cancels
Pisces will first offer a suitable replacement time. If the purchaser does not accept an available replacement time, Pisces will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Emergency exceptions
Pisces may grant an exception in its reasonable discretion for a genuine emergency. Ordinary scheduling conflicts, changed plans, errands, avoidable delays, running late, or changing priorities are not automatically emergencies.
Transfers
One transfer to another participant is permitted when Pisces is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. The replacement participant must provide or update the required intake information and preparation materials and accept the Revenue Triage Terms.
